Welcome to Mitillini Vineyards
Welcome to one of the finest vineyards in Florida. Our mission is to create a organic vineyard with the highest standards for grape juice production. Our vineyard was started as a means to return to a more natural state of living devoid of chemicals and nine-to-five work weeks.
We will be opening the vineyard for u-pick this year for a limited number of days beginning the last week in August. See you soon!
Our Adopt a Vine program is now available on a first-come-first-serve basis. You may "adopt" a vine for one year as a birthday gift, as a remembrance, as a corporate gift, or as a way to feel a part of a growing vineyard that you can visit yourself.
We are allowing for the first time the opportunity for you to have a "vineyard vacation" and will allow you to work alongside us to experience what it is like to manage a vineyard. This vocation vacation will include lessons on pruning and irrigation as well as an intense immersion in nature, as we have deer in the area, hawks, wild turkeys and our family dog.
Our vineyard's natural beauty provides a wonderful setting for vineyard weddings. The romantic atmosphere perfectly complements the occasion and can be a backdrop for many happy memories.
For the wine enthusiasts, we also offer informative and exciting wine tours.
